I'm Sage Feliciano. I am a highly self motivated photographer and I have never let obstacles get in my way from what I wanted to do. since the day I was born dealing with a lot of medical issues all stemming from kidney failure. It led me to being on and off dialysis my whole life till 2020, It made me only have 4% of my vision, it led me to have 94 medical surgeries throughout my life, countless hospitalizations and much more. I never let that keep me from doing what I am passionate about. One example of this is for a year and a half in college my schedule was to wake up at 6am. Go to dialysis till around 11am. After that I would go to my job doing product photography for a smoke shop which was an hour commute for me then I would go to my classes at night and on my off of dialysis days. I don’t let things like that slow me down. Quite the opposite, they are my “secret weapon”. They make me who I am and I am so grateful to have gone through things like that. I am a newly Los Angeles based photographer Coming from Chicago! I only have 4% of my vision left. I lost my vision when I was three years old as a reaction to a medication. Since I was so young when it happened, the vision I have is all I ever knew so it's my normal! The vision I do have is perfect 20/20 vision for what I do see which is said to be like looking through a straw by my doctors. That is how I am able to do photography. The camera expands my vision! I am currently looking for a photography related job in Los Angeles. While still pursuing my own creative endeavors.
I just love doing photography, working with creative people and have a unique skill set and perspective that I love to share. Feel free to explore my site to see with 4% vision!
Thank you!
